+BEFORE

A valuable record. No dependable way to use it.

Several years of closed-lost opportunities sat in the CRM. Many had been lost for a sensible reason: the site had not started, the budget was not approved or the need was simply not immediate.

Those outcomes were treated as final, even though the companies, leadership teams and projects behind them continued to change. Reviewing the archive manually was too time-consuming to become a consistent sales habit.

+WHAT WE DID

Make commercial judgement visible in the system.

We first separated genuinely unsuitable companies from opportunities that had simply arrived at the wrong time. Historical notes and loss reasons became part of the evaluation rather than an archive for reference only.

We then identified the external changes that could matter in this sector: project starts, company growth, leadership moves and signs of increasing workforce demand.

+THE SYSTEM

Context in. A better next move out.

The system compares monitored changes against the historical deal record. When there is a meaningful match, it prepares a concise explanation of the original situation, the new evidence and the recommended next step for a salesperson to review.

Sales decides whether the account is relevant. The workflow makes that decision faster, more informed and easier to repeat.
